Aerobic vs Anaerobic

Abstract

 1. Aerobic and Anaerobic
Terms aerobic and anaerobic related to differences in the way the body to produce energy. Differences include oxygen. Oxygen is used by our body to break down carbohydrates into energy when we rest, even though the anaerobic no oxygen is still needed, but the portion is much less (facultative anaerobes alone really does not require oxygen). Aerobic means in a nutshell is the energy production process requires sufficient oxygen and anaerobic means of energy production is done with a very small amount of oxygen or no oxygen at all.

2. Sports Anaerobic

Sports anaerobic ("without oxygen") is the opposite of aerobic exercise ("with oxygen"). Both aerobic and anaerobic, more use of energy during physical activity. Sports Anaerobic usually associated with the early stages of the sport, or some sort of short barrage of intense exertion, where the glycogen or sugar is consumed without oxygen. This sport is characterized by increased pace or with greater effort. Anaerobic exercise burns more calories, requires greater oxygen where oxygen is not available in sufficient numbers to cells in burning fat. Therefore anaerobic movement causing an increase in the rate of metabolism.

3. Anaerobic Exercise
Anaerobic exercises are exercises of short duration, does not require the use of oxygen by the body to provide fuel. Anaerobic exercise stimulates muscle activity in the high-intensity thus increasing strength and muscle endurance. Anaerobic exercise makes the body unable to supply enough oxygen to the muscles required in the synthesis of energy. In that condition, the muscle must rely on the body's ability to produce energy without oxygen. Because the amount of oxygen delivered to the cells is inadequate, the body begins to burn carbohydrates that produce burning more calories. This calorie-burning process will produce a byproduct called lactic acid.

4. Anaerobic vs Aerobic Gymnastics

Many people assume that aerobic exercise is more effective for weight loss. Cardiovascular exercise, such as jogging, aerobics and skipping, it helps you lose weight, but still have excess anaerobic exercise to burn fat even when the body is at rest. Basically two types of exercisers have the same goal, namely to fitness. In addition, both these exercises also use the same energy to physical activity during the exercises.Understanding aerobics, when viewed from the word of "aerobic" means "with oxygen" so that it can be interpreted that the use of oxygen during the manufacturing of energy as performed by the muscles. Basically aerobics is one form of exercise that has a goal to improve the person's fitness that includes muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.

While understanding Anaerobic Gymnastics, judging from the word "anaerobic" which means "without oxygen" which is the opposite of the term aerobics. Anaerobic exercise is usually associated with the early stages of doing gymnastics. Gymnastics is characterized by an increase in speed or with larger businesses. Basically anaerobic exercise burns more calories, requires greater oxygen where oxygen is not available in sufficient numbers to cells in burning fat. Movement of anaerobic exercise can lead to an increase in the body's metabolism.
